Hopper type batching machine is composed of storage hopper, weighing hopper, level conveying belt, etc.Aggregates are discharged from storage hopper into weighing hopper by belt and are discharged again to level conveying belt via discharge door controlled by belt after weighing.
It has PLD800, PLD1200, PLD1600. etc models. The hopper volume can be customized by user demands.
Storage Bin Hopper
1.The number of hoppers in batching machine is determined to the types of stones and sand. Storage silos are generally divided into 2, 3, 4 silos and can store 3-6 kinds of materials.
2.The design of large storage bin reduces the loading times of the loader in the later period, and it is equipped with a screen to prevent large-size aggregate from entering the mixing machine.
Weighing Hopper
1.Mainly used for counterweight of aggregate. High accuracy sensor ensures the error no more than 2%.
2.The bottom is equipped with belt conveyor, which is durable, accurate and continuous.
3.Weighing system adopts weight controller and sensor, which can quantify, mix and control materials, and automatically modify the drop.
