Heated 120m³/h Concrete Batching Plant to Kazakhstan
Recently, our customized heating-type HZS120 concrete batching plant has been fully packed and delivered to Kazakhstan to support local infrastructure construction. Kazakhstan features long freezing winters with temperatures dropping below -20°C, where ordinary mixing stations easily face frozen aggregates, blocked pipelines and unqualified concrete. Tailored for Central Asia’s frigid climate, this 120m³/h heating station solves all low-temperature construction pain points and ensures year-round stable concrete output.

The core advantage lies in its integrated full-range heating and thermal insulation system. All aggregate bins, water tanks, additive pipelines and cement silos are wrapped with 100mm thick polyurethane insulation panels equipped with circulating hot water heating coils. The intelligent boiler system preheats sand, stone and mixing water to a stable 40–60°C, eliminating frozen raw materials and ice blockages. Electric heating mats are installed inside cement silos to avoid cement caking under extreme cold, while fully enclosed warm sheds lock internal heat to keep the whole production area above 5°C for continuous winter operation.

Beyond cold resistance, the concrete batching plant delivers reliable 120 cubic meters hourly productivity. It adopts heavy-duty twin shaft forced concrete mixers for homogeneous mixing and high mixing efficiency. The PLC automatic weighing system maintains weighing precision within ±1%, guaranteeing consistent concrete strength for highways, industrial plants and municipal projects. All electrical components are upgraded with low-temperature resistant modules, functioning stably in harsh sub-zero environments without shutdown risks.
Modular assembly design brings great convenience for Kazakhstan clients. Split components simplify overland transportation across long distances, and quick-install frames cut on-site assembly time by 40%. Equipped with centralized dust removal and fully drainable anti-freeze pipelines, it also lowers maintenance frequency and running costs in winter.
This shipment marks another successful export of our cold-resistant concrete mixing equipment to Central Asia. We keep optimizing heating concrete batching plant solutions for Kazakhstan, Russia and surrounding markets, providing durable, all-weather concrete production equipment to accelerate regional engineering progress.
